Van Goubergen P&M was founded by Dirk Van Goubergen, PhD in Industrial Engineering and Associate Professor in Operations Analytics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. That background brings academic depth to practical questions about productivity, work methods, flow and operational performance.

For clients, the value is not theory for its own sake. It is the ability to frame operational problems clearly, work with people close to the process and build stronger internal capability over time.
